  • FESTIVA 1.9.9.1 Operating Guide (large pics)

Hey I thought some of yall might like this or maybe even be able to use this. I found this booklet, along with "Ford Electronic Sound Systems Operating Guide", "Warrenty Information Booklet: 1991-Model" All in nearly PERFECT condition. Not sure if you all have this too, but i thought it was pretty cool. Also have the "Warrenty Authorization Card" with my VIN on it, and, of course, the owners guide, which has some nice grease/grim stains from working on the car. Enjoy!

    Nice find!
I've seen this, but many other who are getting their Festivas 2nd (3rd or more) hand may not have.
I do question the US oil capacity though!
I have been using 3.6Qts w/oil filter for hundreds of thousands of miles!
Mainly because at that level it fills it to the full mark on the stick.
Believe the Ford manual uses the same numbers as in this booklet, but the Haynes manual references 3.6Qt w/filler and 3.4Qts w/o filter.
FWIW, I know a mechanic who used to dump 4Qts of oil into it and let her go!
He serviced probably hundreds of festivas a year!

Great when you lock your keys in the car. Just pull out the wallet key. You are suppose to get them cut to match your original key, I never did, just had an extra key made instead.
