  • b6 CEL

hay guys, well I've been breaking in my newly rebuilt B6 (which is running sweet!!!) but I had a few weird things I wanted to ask about. I have the b6 ECU and a custom ram intake (which may have had a minute leak after the AMV) It runs great but once when I was driving it I got a CEL when I came to a stop, and then I pulled away and it went out, and didn't come back, but I have a lurchy idle also, and it seemed to get worse after a while, then starting to surge to the point of stalling, so I opened the IAC valve to compensate, sitting the car at a slightly higer than normal idle. I dismantled the intake and found that one of the rubber conectors for the tubing was folded over inside and could have potentialy been leaking air into the intake after the AMV, so I fixed the rubber but have yet to re-install it to test because I am also doing a filter and fluid flush on my auto tranny and it's awaiting parts until the end of the week, so I was just wondering if these symptoms (CEL and loping idle) are just a leaking intake (which may have not even been leaking) or something else, I'm dying to know but can't try anything with the tranny apart :x
