So im getting ready to swap over from the stock ecu to a MS2 setup, I ordered a stock ecu and plan on taking the connection and soldering that to the MS board so its plug and play. I also need to get a GM/LS IAT sensor for the intake tube. Going to junk the VAM and convert to MAP. I put a startup tune on the MS already the one from this website: https://www.megasquirtpnp.com/mspnp2_maps.php
Anyone have any base tunes that are more current or better they can share?
Also when I get the car running on MS can i eliminate/disable the idle air control tube that connects to the stock intake tube? My plan is to get some 2.25 inch aluminum piping and make an intake setup with a cone filter id like for it to be as simple as possible and wondered if i still needed that idle control tube setup.
