I have an 89 wiring harness in my 93 Festiva. There are a lot of extra wires that go to the ECU which I will never use. Are all the wires that go to the ECU for the feedback carburetor? Can I remove the ECU if I don't have a feeback carburetor? I want to remove the black electrical tape and throw out all the wiring I have no use for and then rewrap it.
