Thats how my cluster is hooked upOriginally posted by Bazzy16 View Posti also have the cluster out of a 323GT sitting around and was wondering the exact same question. would it be possible to hook the stock festy wires to this cluster to make it work? for example if your trying too do say the low oil pressure light wouldn't you just take the wires from the festy cluster that controls it and hook them to the wire on the 323 cluster that controls the light and repeat for everything else?

On a cable speedo, most are tamper proof. So most of the time it's a matter of hooking up the cable and sticking the other end into the chuck of a drill.Originally posted by ejp2fast View Posthow hard is it to change the mileage of a cluster to match the mileage of the car it is going in?
Also, for this 323 cluster, is the speedometer cable connection the same? (Plug with hole for the square cable)?
(making sure it's a cheap drill so there's no issue on duct taping the trigger and leaving it run full tilt for a day)

My festiva also has the 323 cluster, but my festiva harness was re-wired to run the cluster

My friend put a 323GT cluster in his Festiva but he also use the 323GT harness so I can't help you with the wiring. But it fit with a little trimming.
