Festiva Roof Liners and Electric Seatbelts

I'm curious to know if someone is able to tell me the sizing for a 1990 Ford Festiva LX (the model with the electric seatbelts) and the size of a 1991 Ford Festiva WA 5 door as i would like to swapout the seatbelts from the LX to the WA..

Any takers?
