This may be already known but I just discovered it today.
The center hole in the Festiva alloy wheels is approximately 57 mm (slightly under).
These Mazda 626 caps that I found in the junk yard fit perfectly. They are plastic on the back but aluminum on the front.
These came from a 626 Mazda millenia and they fit very snugly in the hole.
