I just bought a 4-piece set of roll around car dollies that were on E-Bay.
They were the cheapest ones listed. You get 4 for $86.99 which includes FREE shipping.
You have to assemble them - very easy to do. You need a 19mm wrench to tighten up the nuts. They are made out of 1/4" steel and look very strong. They have a fold up carrying handle.
The seller is Giantmall and they have a warehouse in New Jersey and Covina, CA
I ordered mine on Friday and got them delivered to New Bern, NC, on Monday via UPS. The box is HEAVY - 80-lbs!!!
They look good and RED goes onto them in a couple of days.
