Anyone ever change a heater core in a chevy corsica? My 88 corsica daily driver/work car heater core has a leak, I smell colant when the blower motor is on and the radiator lost half it's fluid. There is still no wetness inside or outside the car. I assume the heater box is filling up.
Just wondering how big of a job it is. The weather is nice so I was thinking of bypassing the heater core and just run the car like that and deal with it before the fall. My 95 taurus I used to own I had to remove the dash and that heater core took about 8 hours to change.
