Festiva with roof rack in Smokies last Fri?

I was coming out of Cades Cove last Friday close to 10 am. I saw a festiva going in. Looked like it had a bike rack on the roof. It had a very nice red repaint. Went looking for it 4 hours later could not find it. Was any of the members in the Smokies this weekend?
