fuel prices going thru the roof again

3.95 for brand name premium last night. So I bought a festiva yesterday. Will update when i get over to my moms where i am "hiding" it until its a runner should not take me long, even if the engine is screwed up, i got 2 of them too

In 2008, we had 6 Hummers sitting on our lot so long that the batteries were dead, the tires went flat and they had cobwebs on them.

during the gas spike of 2008, i was driving an e150 cargo van as my daily. with a 35 gallon tank at 5 bucks a gallon it was 135 bucks to fill...... every 4 days

My Grand Cherokee gets about 15 mpg, so I know what you mean when I gotta bend over at the pumps, the piss off is they don't even give you lube before they stick it ya :lol:

Well, if it makes you feel any better, I used to own a BIG F-250 when our gas hit $4 a gallon. I just remember that it was somewhere over a $100 to fill up. And at 15 mpg, I was lucky to have it last a full week of getting back & forth to work & school.

I was in the same boat. With my V8 Mountaineer I was getting like 15 miles per gallon cost me like 80 bucks to fill up. Sucked!

$1.20 per LITRE here making that approx $4.59 per gallon, the last time gas was that high it cost me $39 to fill my aspire!!
