      91 Festiva radiator

I went looking for a Festiva radiator and discovered that everyone lists them for "automatic" only and will not fit manual transmissions. Is there any truth to this? Something about an additional hole or bung is needed for the manual which the auto trans rad doesn't have.

Auto rad fits a manual car. Manual rad will not work in an auto car. Only difference between the two is that the auto has a cooler for the tranny fluid (which you can leave plugged when running in a manual car) and has 2 layers of fins and coolant passages.

Indeed it is an old thread. This is how we get our info and I do appreciate the replies!!!

Top tank is leaking and it needs a replacement. I don't have enough time to remove it, send it out and have it repaired, then reinstalling it. It's quicker to buy another and swap it out.
