Its a gif I found, a kia pride maybe? It has a euro licence plate.

I don't think that is a Kia Pride, or 121, or a Festiva. Mostly likely it is a Peugeot or a Renault of some sort. That guy though is lucky he was able to get up and walk away, imagine if instead of flying over the car, he slammed straight through the windshield.
