  • what is with the TCSC above?????^^^^^^^

why do we need the torque converter slippage calculator? it makes it impossible for me to see any page fully, i have to pan right to see everything!!!!!!!!!! anyway, how many automatics , besides i own one too, are here on festiva.com????

You must be at 800 x 600 resolution and that's HUGE even for 40+ yr old eyes.. I have plenty of room @ 1024 x 768. Either that or you're using internet exploder with some sidebar open or something like that.

Not trying to be an a$$, but I'm not taking it down. There will be more mods too.. like a time slip mod, donation mod, the album mod and a mutiple language translator so we can finally allow non-english speaking festiva, aspire, pride, avella and 121 owners to post in their native language and also allow us to read what they post in english.. be patient.. once our logo is back and centered the links below it will move to the left.

Maybe you could put them on a different line to keep the width down. Maybe put them in their appropriate forms.

Like DJ said, once that logo is moved, it'll move the rest of the options directly in the center, which will free up a bunch more room.

Depending on the total number of mods, we could start another row too.

The torque converter calculator should be a sticky in the Engine & Drivetrain forum. If it was something useful that everyone needed like the search or PM box I would say keep it up there. There are 421 members, I'd guess maybe 10%(?) have automatics, of those autos maybe only a few of them are performance enhanced festivas/aspires and I really can't see them needing this feature in such a prominent spot.

The time slip mod should be a sticky in the racing forum.

Glad to here that you'll be setting up a donation for this forum. People could give $5, $10, $25 or so a year I'm sure it would help. This all isn't being done for free and you shouldn't have to fund it on your own. On another forum I frequent some of the members will even auction off some of their extra parts either on the forum or on ebay and then donate the profits to the site. Another site that I am on has a label under the users name that says "Contributing Member" and they have a gold, silver and bronze level for different levels of donations. The contributing members tag is good cause it will make you fell guilty into giving a donation when everyone else has this label and you don't. Just a suggestion.

These are root mods.. that can't be installed into the forums from what I understood by the instructions.. maybe I'm wrong, and even if I am, I wouldn't have a clue how to do it..

Have no problem with the TCSC. Also have no problem whatsoever with a donation forum. Was kind of why I was wondering earlier about ff.com decals. They could be fairly cheap to make, would be another way to fund the site.

Again, a little concerned about turning on my TV and seeing DJ on lifestyles of the rich and famous

I looked for automatics specifically, I drive the Festivas daily and don't want to have to shift. Guess I am just lazy! My Mustangs are both stick though!

                          2) Have a peice of shit computer that is at the latest from 1999 and needs to be replaced with something from this millenium.
