Gauges not working

Ok heres the deal, My fuel guage works great, but... My temp gauge will not work I have tested everything I get the normal bouncing readings from the wire to the sending unit wire. Then once I start to drive the fuel gauge drops to empty i stop cut the key off wait and then poof back to normal ive been searching and found nothing like this any clues would help!!!
