this happened a second time, to me(months apart), i was driving in the rain and tap my wiper switch. wipers go half way up the windshield then stop. Great! It was an easy fix, But is there a replacement (nylon?) ball and socket for the wiper arm? mine looks like it has been "fixed before" with hopes and dreams
