Combination Switch Band Clamp

Need Help! Ok I'm frustrated and hopefully someone can help. I removed the combination switch to repair/replace it and the band clamp came off. For the life of me I cannot figure out how to get this thing back on properly. I have the Ford shop manual and a Haynes manual and neither have an exploded view or picture to explain this. Can some one please explain or post a photo/diagram of how this thing goes back together.
