I've been having an occasional low idle and stall issue.
It all began after installing the A/C on my car.
I put in a new engine roughly a week before as well so it's hard to pinpoint exactly where some issues my be coming from.
Basically, with the A/C on, I will sometimes have a low idle (~500RPMs) and at times when I push in the clutch to come to a stop, the engine will stall. When my car is behaving like this, turning off the A/C will prevent it.
But then a few minutes later there will be no issues at all.
I'm guessing something with the A/C idle up is causing an issue. The opposite is occurring as well with the engine over revving at idle with A/C off (~1200-1500RPMS) sometimes.
When I installed this engine, there was an initial very high idle issue that cleared up with some driving. The butterfly was sticking and not closing all the way. I have also replaced the TPS with a known good unit.
Is there a problem with the IAC or something else I'm not thinking of?
