So my 93 festy has been having a problem recently. It had compression and fuel, but would not spark. That was about a week ago. I tapped the main electrical relay and boom spark and run. Worked for a week. The other day the ignition coil wire blew off the distributor cap. Pushed it back on its newly melted tower to make it home. Bought a new cap and wires. Slid it on and went to crank it over to have my car back in action and the starter ran but nothing else. Checked for spark out of coil, none. Voltage going into coil, replace coil. No beans. Maybe its not getting the signal to ground from the crank sensor. New distributor. No beans. ICM? Nope. Any ideas on what could be wrong?
