Here on the forums and the Facebook page are your best bet. I personally have been collecting all of these parts for the last 2 years or so, just to have spares to be able to sell.

There is one of the Members that operates a Festiva Store with all kinds of random stuff for Festiva's that he has been able to source. Type "Festiva Store" in the search bar.

Fourgreen.
Ive never ordered off fourgreen but they have the less common stuff.
In 9 years i have gotten 5 good headlights off festivas. 3 are still good. I cleaned the ones i have now and put 3m clear film on them to hopefully lessen rock chipping and cracking. Their still good after a year.
Marker lights try forum members, then junkyard then festiva store i would say.
Hood-local junk yard then forum.
Grille probably festiva store. Its a pain to make a used and rockchipped one look nice.
