Okay this is most likely gonna be the dumbest question ever presented on this forum. My driver side windshield wiper of my '91 festiva as play in it. so much play that driving down the interstate, the wind will push it off the side of the windshield. The passenger side wiper is fine. I have replaced the arm on the driver side but with all the play in the wiper it just ruined that arm too. It sheared the teeth off of the end that goes to car. My first problem is that I don't know the name of the part that is bad. My second one is that after removing the motor to the wiper system and feeling underneath the bad part, I can't even tell how it is attached or how the hell to remove it. I really want to get this fixed before winter. Right now I have a bungee attached to it. This keeps it from flying of the side of the windshield when I have to use it. Talk about ghetto. So if anybody has any ideas or any knowledge of what I am dealing with I would be grateful.
