        Crook! That's my graphic! :p

I want to put TWO sun roofs on mine. One in front and back.

But first I have to find out what rims fit a Festy.

Read the post in rare parts concerning the Skymate.
I will give some inner and outer cutout dimensions + location dimensions when I take some digital pics the next time I am at the junkyard to disassemble a complete air conditioning system on an '88.

Yes I freely admit to pilfering it. It was too good not to.
And I thought I was being very nice with my response. Unlike other responses Ive given in the past. It was helpful without being mean.:p

I like the hood idea. Bling out the engine compartment for the "Ooohh! Look at that!!" crowd and keep the engine cool too. Or maybe for carbed cars, flip up cowl induction.

Put it on backwards for a hood scoop. :laughing6:

I wouldnt trust a car like ours with a gaping hole cut in the roof, unless it had some serious reinforcement under it.

For real. Sometimes I feel bad for the newbies. I remember when I was one. I'd search for something and hundreds of pages would come up. It can be really frustrating getting page after page of stuff that has little to do with what you want to know.

I do not think there is an issue with 2 sunroofs or what you call a gaping hole. There are guys here that have made mini trucks out of their cars and also Festy's came with a fun top on some. Big hole in the roof covered by canvas....check out Pimptiva.

That idea is as old as the Festiva. A friend of mine rented one back in '89 and mentioned the 2 sun roof idea to me while I laughed my butt off looking at the car.

Funny, huh? Now I own one and love it to death!
