Cigar Lighter


Removal

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Remove the cigar lighter element.

3. Reach behind the instrument panel and disconnect the cigar lighter electrical connector.

4. Reach behind the center instrument panel and push the cigar lighter socket out of the mounting bushing.

5. Rotate the mounting bushing to disengage the lock tabs and pull it out of the instrument panel.


Installation

1. Install the mounting bushing.

2. Align the socket tabs with the bushing tabs and push it into the bushing until fully seated.

3. Connect the cigar lighter electrical connector.

4. Install the cigar lighter element.

5. Connect the negative battery cable.
