DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION

Semi-styled steel wheels with 145/SR12 BSW steel-belted tires are standard equipment on the L-model. Semi-styled steel wheels with 165/70SR12 BSW tires are standard equipment on the GL model. The LX (Canadian) and GL models have optional cast-aluminum wheels with 165/70SR12 BSW tires.

NOTE:
When installing the trim rings, be sure to align the slot in the trim ring with the lug on the wheel (near the valve stem).

The LX model has wheel trim rings which attach to the outer rim of the wheels.

GL and LX models equipped with aluminum wheels have hub inserts that attach to the center of the wheel. When installing the hub inserts, be sure to align the tang with the wheel slot.

Rather than lug nuts, the wheels are secured with attaching bolts.

The temporary spare tire is located in a floor well in the cargo area. The scissors-type jack is secured to the right of the rear body panel just below the liftgate door.
