Driver or Passenger Seat Back


Removal

1. Remove the seat side cover.

2. Remove the hog ring securing the seat back trim over the reclining mechanism.

3. Slide the seat back trim up to expose the upper and lower reclining mechanism bolts and the seat back attaching bolt.

4. Remove the seat back bolt.
 

5. Remove the upper reclining mechanism bolt.

6. Remove the seat back-to-inboard mounting bracket bolt.
 

7. Remove the seat back.


Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Tighten the seat back-to-mounting bracket bolts to 34-44 N-m (25-35 lb-ft).
