under the arch on the street next to the river may work if they let you park down there but i have not been there in years. there is a old cruise spot called chuck a burger in the county that will close down at the end of the year and car clubs go there. do a search on chuck a burger in st.louis and it is on st.charles rock road about a mile west of highway 170.Comment
