Southern Ontario Meet

i'd like to see a meet in southern Ontario this summer, i'm thinking first week of July sometime

i think it'd be easier to decide where once we get a better idea who'd be able to make it, but so far i'm thinking maybe around the London area or possibly even Woodstock area

Those areas work for me. I am interested in coming out and even though it's early, now is probably the best time to start planning.

i picked the 5th cause thats closest to my b-day (july 8th) and i figure meeting at the Candian tire in Woodstock would probably work the best for a meet unless someone has a better place in mind

I voted for the 12th, but then I found out that there is a proslalom event that day that I want to enter. So my vote is now for the 19th.

like i said any of those days works for me, the only event that i know would interfere for me is the Festiva Festival that is usually at the end of July

It turns out that the 19th is my family picnic. Can I persuade everyone to have this on Sunday July the 13th?

Should we have a bbq? If we wanted to have it in Waterloo, we could very cheaply (~$20) rent out a picnic area in Waterloo Park.

I like the idea of a drive around. It would be cool if we paraded through town and then hit some nice country roads. Maybe someone could suggest a route.

13th works for me! and since kitchener/waterloo isn't that far from it doesn't matter to me where we meet, besides you seem to have a good place in mind

I could possibly do the 12 but not the 13th. My brother and I both have to work that night.
