  • DJ Remembrance Meet April 13, 2008

Pu241 Had a great Idea to schedule a meet on this day. I could be done with my swap by then and could get the west coast going. b3madness and the guys from canada? I know ohio can pull something together.
Brainstorm Ideas for locations and times!

I could come see you this time b3madness, since you came to see me last time! Just a thought.

    Thanks getting this rolling TRUCKtiva!
Just wanted to gage the response before I started something that no one was interested in!

FB71, Damkid, and Gforcefd are you guy's volunteering for organizing a meet in your areas?

Once again, remember we FordFestiva members do not require a lot of support!
Name a place and time and give an addy that can be mapped and let it go at that!
People will contact you about what, if anything, they need to bring!
    And people show or don't.
I hope we have a dozen meets across the Nation/World!
You guy's in Oz land due to the international date line and time shift let us know if your going to do anything!
That goes for everyone else around the world.
I would like to see this be a world wide event!
If we pull this off DJ would be laughing his as* off!

OK, here is where the original idea was born so you know what I'm trying to accomplish:
'93 Blue 5spd 230K(down for clutch and overall maintanence)
'93 White B6 swap thanks to Skeeters Keeper
    '92 Aqua parts Car
    '93 Turquoise 5spd 137K
'90 White LX Thanks to FB71

Your holy ghost will not save you.
Your God plutonium will not save you.

          Thanks Muscle_Car1 and Packrat427,

You all have as many, if not more, active members out your way than we do in Ohio!

Hey, anyone down south TN, GA, NC, to name a few want to put something together?

Come on people show some support for the person who made this possible.
He may not be here with us, but we can honor his accomplishment!

i say April 14th when everyone is posting pics of their meets, we have all the pics in 1 single thread and send the link to Inga and the family so they can see what everyone (where ever they may be) has done in memory of DJ

                        Sounds good.

Who's up for a meet in San Francisco or thereabouts? That's where I will probably be on that weekend, and I was already thinking about a meet on my trip.

I can help organize any OH meet, but chances are I won't be there!
