PS: I was at UNC Chapel Hill last week and saw a very nice yellow Festiva parked on campus.
There is a real sharp aqua one about 1 mile from campus, I left a note on it about this site about a month ago, I see it all the time, and I think, "PARTS!!!!!"

Yeah man, we need to have another "Festiva Madness" meet pretty soon, now that the weather's starting to get more consistently nice. Wherever we meet is just fine by me. Just another opportunity to drive my little go-kart! Sam from Raleigh.

Focustiva: Because I was told it was was impossible to fit a Focus bumper on a Festiva.

Same here, some time in June, before the usual July Waterford Hills meet!

I had a great time last year, it's about time for another!

I would be good with June, say mid to late June, after my 2 children are gone for the summer, makes it much easier to break away for more than an hour or two......
I am in Chapel Thrill, but would drive an hour or more for an NC meet easy.

                      Meet in North Carolina

If it will help get some Festiva owners in the western part of the state to a NC meet, how about Asheboro, NC

Us folks over in Raleigh and surrounding area can do a convoy over to Chapel Hill, meet up with that group and then up maybe to 64 to Asheboro.

                      June 13,14
                      June 20,21
                      June 27,28

Any of these would work for me.

Need to decide where to meet.

I vote for the weekend of June 20th.

Asheboro's a nice drive, not too far from points all about (Raleigh, Charlotte, Chapel Hill, Greensboro, Statesboro, etc). I plan to do a recon soon to check out some suitable meeting places over there & will provide some recommendations. Dean and I will hash things out & distribute a plan soon.

                              lets do this mess
i just hope i aint gotta drive up there at 4000 rpm all the way.
it'll do the 1/8 in 13.7, spin tires, and make all my drunk buddies giggle.
