First Mid-Atlantic Festival - June 29th

Folks,
I have a request in to Sandy Point State Park to reserve an area for us on June 29th.
Sandy Point is a nice park with picnic areas, beach, and swimming area. Put the following in your browser bar to see a map of the park -www.dnr.state.md.us/publiclands/southern/sandypointmap.html
It is located on the Annapolis side of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge
For people coming a long distance, you can even rent a camp area or cabin.
I am going to need a head count, when they get back with me, for the request.
When I posted this in the Mid-Atlantic Regional Forum, quite a few of you showed interest. I need a commitment from you as soon as possible.
There is no possible way that you won't have an enjoyable day at this park.
Let's make the First Mid-Atlantic Festival a success!

I should be off so I can make it, I may just be in my "better" festiva as minigun is all pulled apart with stuff everywere ( machine shop etc)

Everybody - This is only looking like 3 people so far (FB71, NovaSS and Myself)- Is there anybody else?
If this is the crowd, I'm seriously thinking about re-scheduling something.
I came up with this date by reviewing inputs in the MId-Atlantic forum - Can those of you who could not make it, please help me out. Can you let me know if there is a better place to meet or a better time (day - Sat or Sun).
This is pretty disappointing!

royce, I think you're right to reschedule. Let's look at mid-August. It'll give folks more time to make plans. I didn't think we'd have this few interested, but I knew it wouldn't be too many. C'mon folks, let's make this happen this summer!! Whadda say?!

O.K. Presently Postponed until later in the Summer. Please reply with preferred day (Sat or Sun) and the preferref weekend. Hopefully, we can find a good weekend for most of us!
