I like the 11th, Columbus day is on the following Monday. It kind of goes along with the gateway to the west ( the arch ) and the discovery of America. If only Louis and Clark had a Festiva. Plus it will be a week after my B-day, so it will still be ok to present me with B-day gifts. Festiva goodies prefered.
