good point. I remember camels from Prince Jordan AFB in '92, and that was Kuwait/Bagdad. Don't think a Festy will float on its own. Hey you could always commandeer a Saipa (Iranian Kia Pride) and try it!!!!

Just let everyone know I will be heading up to Dean & Barb's the Friday before the meet. The Fla Guys cuold meet up with the Ga guys and then convoy here. Then we could all head up to Raleigh. Sparky knows the way to my place and we are happy to offer lodging to a Festiva convoy. So as I see it there should be no excuses for not going to Madness.

                Damkid,

Was great to meet you at Ohiostiva.

Come on down, will put you up here at the Festiva Madness home base.

Boosted cars will be here. The car that Rumnhammer built as well as Motoxpress and maybe a few others.

Sam.1956 is working to have his BP car done in time for the meet and I will have a BP car also.

So if it's power that excites you, then get excited.

I know no one that has traveled that far to a Festiva meet.

I think you would be the first.

We had 21 Festivas along with 2 Aspires at the last meet.

Looks like more this year will attend.

oh i wouldn't mis-behave too badly, i wouldn't anything to break when i'm 10+ hours away from home, but just think though, here in Ontario if i get caught going 50+ km/h over the speed limit i get charged with street racing and my car would get impounded and license suspended for 7 days

Hey, they go easy on you up there! Here, if you get caught with what they call pre-arranged street racing, they can impound your car and you can lose your license for three years. Good thing you have a North Carolina license!
