    • Thank you Dean, Barbara, and Sam for a great get together. It was the most fun I've ever had with any car group. Festiva people are so incredibly nice and helpful. Its so nice to not have to deal with huge egos and immaturity. I loved meeting and talking to all the people. I can't wait til next year! Thanks for convincing me to keep my Festiva.
      Sincerely

      • Hey, Batstiva....your junkyard curse almost reared its ugly head again, eh? We were leaving the last JY....Dean and I were in his truck and Bat was behind us. I saw a number of deer running towards the highway....and us. They ran right behind Dean and I and in FRONT of Batstiva! Razor-sharp reflexes avoided what could have been a very bad situation and some venison burgers! Nice deer-avoidance maneuver...

It's a shame I have work that holiday, cuz six tables full of food would be WORTH the trip. LOL
Double time and a half for the two day holiday though.

                • Hey Mister Eurotiva! Great to hear you all had a safe trip back home! I'm already missing the fun we all had this weekend! Took a long time to scrub all that grease out from under my fingernails!

Thanks for the kudo's! Yeah man, V8Festiva & I do have plans to stickerize that avatar real soon. Prob will have 2 versions... one with the "3" in the background and one without. You're First in line for one, buddy!

I'd like to get folks' opinions: what size sticker should we make? 5 inch across? 6 inch across? smaller? larger?

Yep, the curse goes on. The last one actually jumped over the corner of the car after I stopped. After I stopped and pulled the seat cushion out of my, uh, butt, my next thought was "Damn, glad I didn't put my new grill on in the yard.

Mom, Dad, Batstiva is back in the cave. After the deer/junkyard incident, the rest of the trip was refreshingly uneventful.

Madness 3 was freaking awesome!! 3+ days of hanging out with other stiva nuts, cruising, talking, taking over classic car shows, wrenching, junkyarding, dodging acorns, just freaking awesome!! Most fun I've had with my clothes on in a looooooong time.:p

Thanks again to Dean, Barb, Same, and everyone else who busted their hump to make it happen!! :notworthy: :notworthy:

Now off to piss off Photobucket with the 400+ pictures on my camera.
