OK, door panels are done, Center dash is midway, and a-pillars are next. Looks like my car is on its way to being done in time for the meet.

I might, I hope, maybe, I can't really plan yet until I get my license, and if my parents would let me make that long haul.

We diverge somewhat sometimes!
But I don't see too many complaints.
Feel free to bring us back on topic.
You going to make to Ohiostiva?

Better if they achieve super critical mass!Originally posted by sam.1956 View PostBy the 8 blue arms of Vishnu, Jim, you know I can't read! I just like to watch fissionable things go past critical mass!
Bigger boom.
Low yield thermo nuke very hard to make small enough to fit on ROOMBA.Originally posted by sam.1956 View Post(I'm trying to convince iRobot that they need to have a low-yield thermonuclear option for the ROOMBA... call it... call it the, uhhh.... "BOOMBA"...)
But, a 155mm artillery shell has been used to house a standard fission warhead;
weight unknown.
Back pack nuke was reported to weigh 40 lbs.

Sam, did you read either of those two articles?!Originally posted by sam.1956 View Post^^^ He said, "FLIGHT TEST", not "DESTRUCTIVE CRASH TEST"!!!!
LOL!
To quote Merkle;
"Pluto's namesake was Roman mythology's ruler of the underworld -- seemingly an apt inspiration for a locomotive-size missile that would travel at near-treetop level at three times the speed of sound, tossing out hydrogen bombs as it roared overhead. Pluto's designers calculated that its shock wave alone might kill people on the ground. Then there was the problem of fallout. In addition to gamma and neutron radiation from the unshielded reactor, Pluto's nuclear ramjet would spew fission fragments out in its exhaust as it flew by. (One enterprising weaponeer had a plan to turn an obvious peace-time liability into a wartime asset: he suggested flying the radioactive rocket back and forth over the Soviet Union after it had dropped its bombs.)"
It wouldn't have to crash to wreak total havok!!!
