  • Just a notice about OHIOSTIVA II...

I've posted an "official countdown thread" for the Fall Fling in the NE U.S. section.

This is just to get peoples' attention so we can see if there is still enough interest to hold it.

If you're interested and had expressed that interest in the old thread, go and post again if you can make it or not.

    Thanks!

    Karl

BTTT one time before tomorrow's 12 noon meet at Summit.

Looks like we'll have at least seven folks in five cars! The first time several people showed who never posted, so who knows? We could have more.

Whittey's picking me up tomorrow morning so I'll at least be coming in a Festiva/Aspire!

this post about a meet-up is 8 years old. don't we have an archieve to remove some of the 8000 links that are badly outdated? just asking.

Wow. I remember I drove Luxstiva to this one even though she had some head gasket issues.

I posted here because it is so OLD (8yrs) that nothing is valid anymore. Why do we have such an outdated link cluttering up the website? Why is this link not already on memory lane? To try a search for anything on this website brings up old outdated information and broken links that are long gone. You end up wadeing through page after page of invalid info. There is too much data for a new user to find anything of value. Really ... a meet up from 9/2005 is still an active link? Don't you think it is time to take out the trash! This is 2013 ... why hang onto 2005 ... move on with our bad selves ... make it easy for the kid that just got his first Festy to find out about his car and how to fix it. A meet is great if you can attend ... but 8 years ago ... who remembers ... for those that do remember send them down memory lane. for the rest keep it current. Unless that is not what this website is all about. If I am wrong and we want to hang onto fond memories of the past, then ignore me and we'll continue as always.

also keep in mind that this link stays active because it has OhioStiva in the title and it comes up every time someone searches that topic.

you could also just get over it and move on yourself.... just a thought.

Did it ruin your day to notice this thread is 8 years old and still exists?

                      1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped

1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?
