As many of you guys know, I among many others am going to Festiva Madness#3 WooooHoooo!!!.....Anyhow my yf was looking at some things to do in that area because we(yf kids and myself) will be up there for a few days. We are making a mini vacation out of it. So I told her to look up the area and what's to do. Lot's of race museums, a zoo, and a butt kicking machine? LoL. There are several museums, parks & such nearby... downtown Raleigh, Durham. I'll try to dig up some links. Asheville (Biltmore House) is more than 4 hrs west of Raleigh. Going east, there's the Outer Banks (again, about 4 hours away).
