I'm thinking a hitch and tow bar would make things easier.
Trailing festiva would be un-piloted/slave/cargo carrier.

But less funny....come to think of it, one of my Festys is set up for a tow bar already.
Setup how, as in has the tow bar attached?
The tow bar I bought mounts to existing hardware so no drilling, clamping welding needed. It should fit any undamaged festiva front end.

Either way it needs to fit up a hill. Whenever your on Main ST. in downtown parkville go west on 2nd ST its a one way on the east side of the street (heads oneway west) so if u can get to 2nd you go up a big hill next to a restarunt on your left. Once up the hill take immediate left under the deck. You'll know what i mean when you see it. Then park up there next to the mini golf so you don't have to walk up the hill. Any Q's PM me thx guys!!!!!
P.S. BYOB is optional i will have like a 30 of cans. and plz RSVP so i know food amounts guys.
