Could everyone coming to the meet, take a few pictures or short video clips of packing up/leaving and on the road to the meet? Maybe at gas stops if you have any. LOL Then send them to me or maybe we can download them when you are here. Since there are so many out of towners coming this year, it would be fun to compile them.

By the way, if you are coming from out of state, you might want to gas up before you cross the state line. We notice that gas usually runs 10 cents a gallon cheaper in VA and not quite as much but still cheaper in SC. Their gas taxes are lower than ours. I know it doesn't mean a whole lot in a Festiva, but for Eurotiva's van, it might make a difference.

Can't wait to see some pictures. See you all soon. The meet is only two weeks away!!!

For anyone coming up I-85 GA to SC to NC the cheapest gas should be between exit numbers 70 to exit 92. You can always use gasbuddy.com to look for gas prices.
Gas seems to be in the $2.13 to 2.17 range in the Greenvile/Spartanburg SC area

$2.35 a gallon is about the best we do around here. And I have to go to VA to get that "deal". :protest::protest:
Still trying to get someone to explain to me why WVs gas tax is 7 cents higher than VAs, but gas in WV is 20 cents higher than VA. :banghead:

                  That is too funny!

Since I live so close to the meet, I won't have any convoy pics (well, maybe, if gravelcrawler drives my Aspire).... But I do have a lot of "in preparation for the meet" pics!

I'm bustin' hump again today on Britstiva!

                    Jeremy,

You still can do picks of leaving for the meet. Aren't you loading up a hatch for somebody?

I don't know... I'll have to check back to see if he wanted it or not...

Just checked and he did... so I will be bringing that trunk lid from last year for him.

                            OK, will do!
Gas is running a 2.09 to $2.15 in St Louis.
Trying to decide whether to take the ATX or the 5 spd.
5 spd needs down pipe replaced/welded and a few other fixes but with a 10 MPG delta in MPG guess I should get off my hiney!

Regular 87 is going for $2.21 in my town in Virginia. Not sure what it is in the rest of Virginia, though, but should be comparable.
