Not sure if I can go now, I might have to work Saturday due to machines being down most of next week for maintenance. I was hoping to meet all you guys and check out other festys. So I guess will see how Friday goes. And I was hoping to get my www.fordfestiva.com decal so I guess i'll just but one from rallytiva. Let me know rallytiva how much they are. • STL Meet River Level Update!

Good news! The river has dropped and the flood gates are open just in time for the STL Meet! I was there and drove along Sullivan Blvd, the street along the riverfront, its a little muddy, but they had already plowed the mud and were hosing it down with hi pressure water truck. Should be in decent shape by the tomorrow for the MEET!

                        See ya there...........

                        • What to do? Still hasnt been much discussuion about what we are to do once we meet at "The Arch". If a drive is part of the plan, there are 2 nice parks close by, Tower Grove Park and Forest Park. Since it is going to be REALLY nice weather here in town (70+ degrees!) it would be great to be at a beautiful location. I vote Forest Park, it is bigger, hosts Auto shows/events, has large parking areas and is beautiful, with newly renovated main lake area, many smaller lakes, mix of rolling grass hills and forested areas too. Many great photo opportunities. Tower Grove is beautiful, it is smaller, and some parking, but with it so nice weather wise, it will probably be crowded.
Forest park can be driven thru for an hour and not see the same view twice, pretty nice for being in the middle of a city. Then, there's the tourist attractions.
Lets hear some ideas from ya all ! :p

Tom and John know how to get around here too, I believe.
