Hey all I hope that the meet has gone well and that everyones luck is better than mine. I was heading out to go to the meet I got 25 miles from home and the right front wheel bearing came apart. This sucks not only did I not get to go but now I have a tow bill and have to try to find a hub assembly as mine is toast good luck to all have fun maybe I can make it to the next one.Justin Craig Paola Kansas my 4 passions, demolition derby,Ford 2.3s, my festiva and my kids

wekk u made it to the meet but i didnt make it back in the same condition. as i was getting onto te interstate leaving stl my battery charger warning light came on and i was only able to make it 10 or so miles north on I-61 from I-70 before it broke down and had to be towed the rest of the 1.5 hrs back home. eventhough we had a good time while we were there, it did suck to have to cram into a tow truck for that long lol.

Well, we are finally back. 1814 miles Raleigh to St. Louis round trip.
Would have gotten back sooner, but we spent several hours wandering the Pull A Part in Winston-Salem. No Festivas, but there were lots of Escorts and Dean snagged a few dome lights. He found an early Econoline Van too and pulled a few things off of it.
The car ran like a champ. Thanks to my hubby for all his hard work making sure the car was road worthy. One of these days, we will finish putting the interior back together, but that's minor stuff!
Good to see old friends again and meet new ones. We had a great time. Thanks
