    Hey, if you need help getting those bikes back this way, I'd be more than happy to haul one back this way. In a year, or two, we could work out getting them the rest of the way to Lynchburg.

    Don't have an issue with using an impact wrench to tighten the lug bolts/nuts, but most places don't bother using a torque stick so they don't over tighten them.
    You should take it back to the idiots who over torqued them and see if they use a torque stick at all, or the correct torque stick.

    can you take it back to the shop and have them loosen them up and then you tighten them? I can bring one I got with the aspire but I wouldn't want you to bend that one too...

    Are the Festiva wheel wrenches hard to find? I was wondering if someone had an extra one to keep in the back with the spare.

    I always carry a lug/bolt socket (6 point) and a hydraulic floor jack with me. I've always had one just in case, but *knock on wood* I've never had to use one to get me home.

    yeah, it's one thing when they get to use an impact to take them off but it's still too tight regardless. I can't believe you bent the bar getting those off...
