    • Here's the address, which I believe is to the park office where we check in to go to Windy Knob. It should be at the intersection where you can go the wrong way.

      Moraine State Park
      225 Pleasant Valley Road
      Portersville, PA 16051-9650

        • Thanks Karl for the address, I was just going to ask about that!

Also, about what time will the convoy from Summitt get to Moraine? I'm meeting everyone at the park, but don't want to be super-early or super-late.

          • We usually leave Summit around 12:30 to 1pm and it takes about an hour to get to Moraine. If I were you, I'd arrive at Moraine between 1 and 2pm. Get with the others who are meeting at Moraine and see when ya'll want to meet there. That way you can begin hobnobbing and even start grilling if you're willing!

Also, anyone who may run late: our Moraine time usually lasts until at least 5pm, so if you can't get there until 3 or 4pm, we'll still have some food and some time left.

(Of course, some leave early, too, so you'll miss a few.)

            • from Summit it is about an hour and a half to get to the park per Google maps.

I always knew we were underestimating the time it took to get there.

                    • Folks, the most important part of the meets is that we all develop a sufficiently driving, gnawing hunger--bordering on acute malnutrition--to enable us to eat enough food so that we don't leave too much for the homeless squirrels and roaming bacteria so that they gain too much power and upset the world's ecology.

The world depends on us. Remember that!
