^Damkid, maybe that is because the huge engine under your hood makes you grin from ear to ear everytime your behind said wheel :-)

chances are though i would stop somewhere to get probably 4 hours sleep making my arrival at the meet approx. 10-11 am i'll be tired as hell but it'll be worth it

So John i very much appreciate the offer on a place to stay, but it probably wouldn't fit into the schedule i'm looking at doing
man if you are going to do that be careful. Get some 5 hour energy....great stuff to help keep you alert and awake.

I might not be here but I'll "leave the light on for you!"

FMIV is abut 8 hrs from my place.
Add that to approx 7 hrs from your place to mine and you have some serious driving!
    Plus return trip!
When do you think you can leave?

We hope it does too! I think Dean was hoping you'd make it down to Madness sometime... So this would be an awesome year if you could make it.

Prepping for Madness, had to fix transmission

It's been two and a half months since the transmission went down. (no gears, stuck in reverse) It took me forever to find one that wasn't $400 or had over 200K miles. Finally, I found one that only had 86K.

So this weekend, gravelcrawler and myself installed it in the Aspire! Finally, I have gears again! LOL And hopefully he won't mind driving it to Madness IV for me since I'll be in Sapphire Bristiva.

Thanks Gravelcrawler!!! Couldn't ask for a better friends than ones who love to wrench and help out when needed!!!!
