1st Annual Fest-A-Fair

I am planning my 1st annual event for an end of summer time frame. There doesn't appear to be much going on then so here is a new meet for the east coast. It is going to be mainly just a get together with a picnic atmosphere. I am also working on some time at the Hertford Dragway. They run every Saturday Night, but they think they can work us in as a crowd pleaser. So if your interested just add your name to the list and I can get an idea of how many people can come. There is plenty of room in the yard for tents and I have room available in the house for some.

It's a nice central location on the beach side of NC. So you can catch a weekend in Manteo, or Nags Head while your here if you want.

Looking at August 14th as a tenative date for the event.

I've got something that occurs monthly on the 2nd Saturday... the next date is August 14th.. SO I doubt I'll be able to make it. HOWEVER, I may be able to make it down afterwards....

I am the proud owner of a 1991 Festiva that I bought two years ago in June. It runs like a top, and it's a keeper. I'm hopeful to continue to find various body and internal parts at the various auto parts yards here in OKC. I'm looking forward to meeting other owners, and aquire ideas and finding out where Festiva outting might be. I call my pride and joy, Puddle Jumper.

allright got hamburgers and dogs. soda and i can pick up some adult beverages once i know how many are coming. got the lift at the garage to play if anyone needs to. My car is going to need brakes replaced and oil change done. I seem to have to do one every 3 weeks with my new job.

not a problem Smedley, I have a vibration in mine but the only cure is a tranny swap because I don't have time to replace the output bearings where the axles go in.

I still have no idea who all is coming. I will get enough for 10 unless you know something I don't.:p
