These 2 are the closest and least expensive ones for an overnight stay.

Elizabeth city to the north is 15-20 minutes away and Edenton to the south is 10-15 minutes away. Plus there are a few Bed and Breakfast houses here in town if you have the funds for that experience. My house has plenty floor space if you want to bring an air matress, pillow and blanket.
