I think it will take me about 4 hours to get there, so if we left at 6 we wouldn't get there till 10. I would say no earlier than that for anything big.

I am sure there might be others driving a little further, but if we plan for the bbq around noon and the cruise in the afternoon, that should work well for everybody else, I would think.

Yes that sounds good. 10am will just be the time people will start arriving and getting settled in. Food will start at 12, and we will start the cruise whenever people are done eating or whenever.
