Was awesome to get to meet all you guys! Me and the wife had a blast. Sucks we had to leave a bit early, would much rather have stayed then moving furniture all day and night... gah. Cant wait till FM in October. Will definatly be there! Thanks again to everyone for making us feel like family. Was a great time and cant wait to get together again soon. PS the wife wants a festy now lol.

I had a great time! As usual, the staff at KOA made us feel like family! I loved the BBQ place!! I def wanna go back there!!!

Had a great time at the meet! (My first meet with my own Festiva!) I would definitely come again. It was great meeting everyone. Thanks and hope to see you all again soon!

Hey all, so now that things have calmed down, I can get a minute to say thanks to Dustin, Jamie and Jerry and I had a great time. I love the KOA and they were great to us again this year. We even got hugs when we checked in. The BBQ was really good (for SC style LOL) and the weather couldn't have been better.

Now, here's the story of my return trip. We had a good run on the back roads to avoid the I-85 construction mess. Got home unloaded the cars and unpacked and the phone rings and it's the KOA. Chris says - are you missing your wallet? I started pulling everything out of my bag and realized that I didn't have it. (I'm thinking that I KNOW I didn't leave it at the KOA because I used it when we gassed up.

She says - call these people and gives me a phone number of a man named Terry and says they have it.
So, I called this awesome couple from around Spartanburg who found my wallet in the road and picked it up. They couldn't find a number for me in my stuff, but I had a note with the KOA's number on it from when I made my reservation, so they called the KOA and the KOA called me.

Evidently, I pulled my wallet out to buy gas and left it laying on the roof of the car so when I pulled out, it slid off onto the road because they spotted it on the highway near the front of the gas station.

They told me it looked intact because my credit and debit cards were in it and it had cash too. I asked them if they would use my cash to mail it back to me. Well, they over-nighted it back and didn't use my money to do it because I only had a 10 and some ones in the wallet and it was still there when I got the package yesterday.

It would have been major bummer to have to replace everything that was in my wallet. I don't know how I'm going to thank them for doing that, but I will think up a way. Terry and his wife and Chris and the others at the KOA are all awesome folks for helping me get my wallet back.

Hatchback and crew are finally home from the meet. On our way home we got lost and ended up in Myrtle Beach for three nights!?! Lol it was a great trip overall and all the cars did great! I even got to have a piece of swoopie mount removed from my we with a needle! But now hat ts all said and done, festevil, green car, daddy, Mel, and baby girl are glad to be one again. Thanks again for the shirts! we'll check out all the pics tomorrow but for now, it's sleepy time for one tired crew!

Oh, and Jonathan is not my brother, he's my best friend and a former aspire owner who happened to be lured by barbecue to once more partake of the madness
