Jan 28th is the official Winter gathering date at Firebase Area-241

The poll showed this to be the best date for those who voted in the poll.

I regret that 25Horseplay will have a low probability of attending due to work obligations and that Genevadirt will not be able to attend, again due to work scheduling.
Another meet maybe be scheduled in February so they can attend depending on how this one goes.

For those attending, I will be editing/appending this post to update you all on the details of location, as well as what you will need to bring with you for the stay.

Also throw out some ideas as to what you may want to do in terms of activities, food and beverage consumption.

The grill will be available, we can order in pizza, there is a Cabela's less than 15 miles from the house.

Let the planning begin!

For those making multi-state drive please check the weather.
I will be at Firebase Area-241 no matter what, but I do not want people taking a risk in bad weather just to get here.

Sweet! Whats up with this weather, one day it's 50's the next we have weather in the teens with 3"of snow and hail that freezes over and melts off 2 days later when it's in the 50's again?!?!! As long as the weathermen don't change their minds again we should *knock on wood* be in for a nice weekend!
