Could there be an "alert" email list; or is that too nerdy?

Probably lucky if a quorum shows: Which would be? Any Festiva knowledgeable of the event.

What about badges for discounts with local merchants? "Say Miss?" "Or Ms?"

I hate to say it but I probably can't make it. This may sound bad but hopefully I can't make it, I'll *hopefully* be picking up a donor from Portland for 750. 142k. 1992 Protege LX. Due to the law he can't hold it for me...
            Owner of:

            In progress:

^^the meeting place is Fall City Community Park. Taken straight from the website "Fall City Community Park At the intersection of Hwy 202 and Hwy 203, just north west of the round-about"
Find local businesses, view maps and get driving directions in Google Maps.

Forcast is for partly cloudy skys and a high of 67. Not too shabby!

Great to see some more interest!

We know what you did! You watched the Nadal-Djokovich French Open tennis championship didn't you. ha ha ha The match got rained out & will finish up tomorrow. We know what you did.

Anyhow, Scott, Brad & I had a good time talkin' Festivas. Then we went over to Doug & Randy's place & saw their 8 Festivas.

                          So bummed

This morning, I awoke @4:20 dreaming of killing the 2nd of two "wake" bottles of red wine, the tag end of enough of that to get the taste in my mouth from a friend Afri-i's; following a substantial enough to get the buzz, from someone else's. I'd been traveling in the '66 VW "square-back" sedan from Ojai, CA I lived out of most of the dozen years we were together from '82-'94; sold me by Jay Warell, sold to Todd Molyneux, Casitas Springs or maybe Oakview, & Spokane.

"Afri-i" aka "Gentle Spirit" &/or Boyd Knausse; someone a healer since the seventies supporting himself selling "purple fluff" or "orange spice," both strains he developed which are potent varieties of cannabis indica, grown in temperate climates. A former Air Force enlistee building & racing hot rods at an air strip in the Aleutians; also one of Stein Erickson's Olympic hopefuls, eleventh man in a ten man cut or close.

                          B'ham's IHOP is @420 Bakerview.... [http://www.fordfestiva.com/forums/sh...ad.php?t=20391

After the dream I practiced on the Ibanez electric bass guitar I got recently; playing through a four-track cassette recorder which uses a 12-volt adapter, making me think that could be used off the car's battery.

Thus, I ended up planning to charge the battery while wondering if I had enough plastic money to get towed from Fall City back to B'ham this weekend; presuming the worst, of the "coming" meet: With need of a new water pump, as well as an alternator, timing belt & oil seals on the cam & crank.

This soon led me to the computer, now evidently on last legs; since a sound like rice crispies being amplified through a loud PA every time I start the thing that has to be endured a few times, then functional awhile.

Once on-line, I found out that the meet was last Sunday.

                            Situation nefarious; also fowled up

I hate making these posts after the computer decides to have a snafu and interrupt whatever I'm doing.

Part of a "surveillance package" I've lived with over decades now; as someone too dangerous for the government to cope with, left alone. You find what sort of person manages to live off assistance; monitoring others, with nothing themselves worthwhile doing in their own lives: Or at least I can imagine the sort, often pretty effectively.

Like Thelonious Monk's adage about never recording more than two or three takes of anything; the second usually sucks, and if the third doesn't that's a miracle. We are heavy on miracles; like when I used to wish that they'd keep recordings of my practicing woodwinds.

Hey, maybe you could sneak a few pics in of me & the Festiva; somehow?

Only actual showees would need to fib; while everyone else could imagine me a superhero!

Looks like I'm ready for the tractor pull?

Makin' hay, anyway. Star Route Box Seventy-Four; about two miles on the road north of the village, where the tavern is. On the right w/537 acres, some former hippies, an old gold mine, etc.

                                Hey; am I a "rat rod"?[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rat_rod, [http://ratroduniverse.com/

Now, I have to wonder what if any reason; for leaving some extra miles of marginal use, on the car?
