I'm glad to see everyone is getting excited about FM6. I can't wait to see you all.
The date as everyone knows is the first Saturday in October. This year's meet will be October 6th.
The one thing I can tell you is that the actual meet location will change. They have decided to tear up our parking lot and build a Toy-R-Us. Boo Hiss. Who cares about another chain store? We need space for Madness!!!

Never fear, we have come up with several options and are working on a final decision and approvals to use the space. Hopefully we will have everything worked out shortly.

Official meet thread will go up after 4thstiva and we hope to have location set by then. In the mean time, feel free to carry on here! LOL

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

I will probably be in a financial situation to do it this year. Days off are no problem and only require about a week's notice for me, too.

I am quite excited about this.

If that doesn't work out, you could be overtaken by The Baron (via Sparky) outside of Atlanta for a convoy to meet up with the AF1 and Htchbck as we make our way north up 85 towards Loknlode and Kumalaba territory.

I won't be going east on the 10/20 though, gonna take the 40 and meet up with Ford Fester along the way. But if you want to go North and meet up along that route, the more the merrier! We'd love to add another festiva to the convoy.

Also, if any of the California members are thinking about going, I'll be starting my trip in San Diego. I'm going coast to coast this year!
Driving for me is neither a right nor a privilege. Driving is my passion, as it was for the people who invented the automobile, the people who paved the first roads and the people who continue to improve the automobile. Please respect this passion.
